- Support a learning environment for all students to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and dispositions of the core universal values through a self-sustaining culture encouraged and modeled by teachers and school administrators.
- Promote Servant Leadership with marked evidence in the literature produced.
- Promote Servant Leadership alongside institutions that demonstrate the results and the principles of Servant Leadership.
- Create and cultivate model schools that demonstrate the guidelines and goals associated with State Schools of Character (SSOC).
- Evolve the number of model State Schools of Character.
